installations, no matter the size. During the implementation of
your First American SMS software, your key staff and sponsors will work with your
personal installation coordinator who will be your liaison with
First American SMS. Your Personal Installation Coordinator will work with you to
design your system, track the tasks that need to be completed and
prepare your company for a successful launch of your First American SMS software.
In addition to your Personal Installation Coordinator, you will
also have access to System Engineers, Product Specialists, Document
Programmers and Trainers to address any of your questions before
your software is installed.
The bottom line is that we will work with your staff to develop
a plan for your company. We do not prescribe a blanket approach
because we recognize that all companies are unique.
Training Services
Training is the most important event to a successful product installation.
We are committed to helping you reach a "go live" date
with well-prepared employees who are excited about their new software.
First American SMS works with you to develop a training plan that complements your
overall vision for employee training and supports our shared goal
for predictable success. We have a team of software trainers with
over 60 years of title and escrow experience and 35 years dedicated
to training.

Support Services
Nationwide support is available through our toll-free customer support
hotline. Dedicated support representatives, who average 5 years
with First American SMS and 10 years in the customer care industry, man our Customer
Care Center. We utilize state-of-the-art call management software
to log and track your support issues and our response times exceed
industry standards. Our relationship management approach to customer
care ensures that your calls are answered by a customer care representative
instead of routing you through a call distribution system.
Hardware Maintenance Service
No one can predict when hardware downtime will occur but we do know
that it interrupts your business. First American SMS offers a comprehensive maintenance
program to help your business quickly recover following a service
interruption. Our certified technicians are experienced in hardware
and software recovery to ensure that your business is up and running
as soon as possible. Our on-site equipment exchange will minimize
your downtime and provide you with replacement hardware in the event
your equipment requires off-site repair. As another benefit, First American SMS
will ensure that your hardware has all the required software to
continue processing with the least amount of interruption.
